Health Sciences High and Middle College To Be One Of Sharp’s COVID-19 Vaccination Sites
SAN DIEGO – May 12, 2021 – Health Sciences High and Middle College (HSHMC) in San Diego, CA, has partnered with Sharp Healthcare to be one of their pop up COVID-19 vaccination sites. This opportunity is scheduled for this Thursday, May 13 from 10:00am to 5:00pm. All of their students aged 12+ and their families as well as teachers’ families will be able to sign up for appointments with this link: https://www.caprepmod.org/reg/1192917605
The vaccinations will be administered at the HSHMC campus (3910 University Ave, San Diego, CA 92105). Walk up appointments will also be accepted for HSHMC students and their families. Sharp Healthcare will be sending a team to manage sign ins, administer injections, and some will be there simply to cheer on the crowds! There will also be HSHMC staff on site to help. Sharp will be administering only the Pfizer vaccine, and will provide information on the vaccine in multiple languages along with permission forms for students 12+. They also plan to return on Friday, June 4 from 10:00am to 5:00pm to administer second doses for all those they vaccinate Thursday.
