Mystery Woman Claims an Origin from Beyond Dimensions of Space and Time

After artist-physicist Paul Biagi left the academic community, he unleashed the artist within through poetry and painting. Now with his debut fantasy novel, The Woman Out of Now, he bridges the gap between art, science, spirituality and society. The basis of these interconnections is a metaphysics that relies on our experience of the world. In it, Heidegger meets Plato meets Whitehead in an exploration of the relationship between mind and body, materialism and idealism.

This is part parable, part allegory and part myth in the guise of a fantasy. The woman comes from the Now through an image into our world and joins with the artist to inspire a movement that seeks a transformation from tyranny to freedom. Their love is the archetype of all love because love is the expression of the primal need of Being to create.

The Woman Out of Now asks the basic questions of who we truly are, where we come from and finally why does anything exist at all.

Dr. Biagi is an accomplished painter, poet and physicist. His most recent book is The Woman Out of the Now, a metaphysical fantasy in which he describes the power of art to bring about an evolution of consciousness and the transformations of society. He has a doctorate in physics from the University of Colorado, a post-baccalaureate certificate in fine arts from the Maryland Institute College Arts and studied the humanities at New York University. He was a member of the theater group Theater Lab West and directed a project supported by the National Endowment for the Arts. He brings these interests to this novel combining contemporary physics, cosmology, art and spirituality.

He is also the author of a collection of paintings and poems in which the union of images and words re-creates our origin at the core of the universe and our journey into this world. Dr. Biagi resides in Santa Fe, New Mexico where his art is represented by the gallery, Vivo Contemporary and where he practices the movement art, NIA.

The book will officially launch on March 17 at http://biagi.homestead.com/
